Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with a photo of the issue.
We will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice, no questions asked.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
We'll send the correct item as quickly as possible and cover all shipping costs.
Change of Mind
Because all items are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check product descriptions and images carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about a piece, email us before purchasing and we'll help you decide.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and photos. We respond within 1 business day.
Claim Timeframes
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
