By placing an order with Stacked Minis (ABN 11 331 548 016), you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All items are printed to order. By completing checkout, you confirm you have read the product description and understand what you are ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we are unable to fulfil, with a full refund issued promptly.
Pricing & Payment
Production & Delivery
All orders ship via Australia Post with full tracking. For full shipping rates and delivery estimates, see our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind
Because all items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering.
For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible claims under Australian Consumer Law must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Intellectual Property
The 3D models we print are owned by their respective designers. We print under licence from each designer. The physical prints we sell are sold as physical goods only. We do not sell digital files.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the cost of replacing the product or refunding the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
